3. Changes to Line-Up, Schedule, or Facilities

We aim to deliver all entertainment and facilities as advertised. However, changes may occur.

Major Alterations

If a major change becomes necessary (e.g., venue change, significant downgrade in facilities), we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then:

  • Transfer your booking to a future Ascendancy Music event (subject to availability)

Minor or Last-Minute Alterations

Minor changes may occur without notice, including artist withdrawals, running order adjustments, weather-related changes, or loss of amenities. Your ticket is for the Event, not for any specific performer.

If a band or artist cannot perform due to medical issues, travel problems, personal emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances, Ascendancy Music will arrange a suitable replacement where possible.

No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
